For your brain to connect an experience and a tool to collapse time frames in assessment and response. A way to create speed in transferring ideas if you and your team know the same language and understand the impact and the process.
Some people are visual learners and processors. The ability draw a picture that is in aligned with the message will allow for much great recall and increase engagement to adoption to utilization.
AKA the 3 min story. A great intro and a great revisit The concepts need to introduced before they can be understood and accepted. Then the Full story will make sense After the full story is understood, the talking point can realign the conversation in the future, when the ideas have fallen out of the consciousness of the recipient. Re-introduction of the idea with the tittle and the talking points (and maybe the graphics) can fill in the full story- in 3 mins, and not 30
The context, the content, how you got there, the impact and how it is tied to more. The value of the full story is to answer the What It Is, How It Works and Why it matters. Reaching the recipient is the key. It takes time to process and integrate, invest that time. The graphic is the reference point throughout the conversation.

Building a way to expand your path of revenue going forward is key. Imagine that the same work it takes to get a result yielding one path of revenue could provide 2, 3 or 4 paths of revenue at the same time. You grow, so your revenue options grow.
Industry Specific Skills are everything. Product knowledge, messaging and delivery. Processes add Protocols.
Build the list that is necessary to
create the level of success that you want. Track that list intentionally. Build one skill at a time, and start implementing it as soon as possible in the pursuit of the other skills you are developing.
