Industry Specific Skills are everything!  Product knowledge, messaging and delivery, processes and protocols.  Build the list that is necessary to create the level of success that you want.  Track that list intentionally.  Build one skill at a time, and start implementing it as soon as possible in the pursuit of the other skills you are developing.
